“I imagine dance for me has a similar effect as meditation does for people. I love when I'm able to learn the choreography completely and muscle memory takes over. It's an art form I find to be freeing and it's wonderful to be able to move with music and create.”

What Would You Like the Audience/Community to Gain from Your Performances: I hope, depending on the nature of the show, the audience is left with something to think about. Whether they remember a specific step that they liked or how the entirety of the performance made them feel, I hope my audience is moved. That, to me, is one of the most important aspects of performing.
