Performance FAQs

Tickets can be purchased in person, by phone, or online. Ticketing options vary by venue—please visit our Productions & Events page for full details.

Children are welcome at any performance you feel is appropriate for them. If you have questions about the content or age suitability of a specific production, please don’t hesitate to contact us at 850-432-9546. We kindly ask that if your child becomes distressed or vocal during the performance, you step out of the theater temporarily to ensure a comfortable experience for all audience members. You’re welcome to re-enter when your child is ready.

Most guests wear business casual attire, but we encourage you to dress in whatever makes you feel comfortable. Formalwear is not required.

Latecomers will be held in the lobby or seated at the discretion of the house manager during appropriate breaks in the performance. Late patrons may also be asked to take a seat in the mezzanine or balcony and relocate to their purchased seat at intermission.

Flash photography and video recording are not permitted during the performance. You’re welcome to take photos before, during intermission, and after the show.

Yes! Our venues comply with ADA regulations and offer accessible seating and entry. Please contact us in advance if you have specific accessibility needs.
Academy FAQs

Our programs begin at age 3 and continue through age 18, with classes designed for each developmental stage. Students must be 3 years old at the time of registration

Enrollment is open through the end of February. Visit our Academy page for class information and registration instructions.

Leotards can be purchased in the main office (while supplies last) or via our store on the BouCou Website. Please visit the Academy Student Information page.

For ages 3-6, no audition is required.
For ages 7 and up, a placement evaluation may be required for certain levels to ensure proper class fit.

While ballet is our foundation, we also offer classes in jazz, tap, musical theatre, boys’ class, and adult ballet.

Attire varies by level. A dress code guide is provided upon enrollment or can be found on our Academy Student Information page. There is no set dress code for Ballet for Adults, Tap, Jazz, or Musical Theatre.

Yes! Academy students ages 6 and up have opportunities to perform in some of our full-scale productions. Academy students ages 3-18 are able to participate in the annual Academy Student Showcase.

Yes! Our Ballet for Adults classes are open to ages 16 and up, and welcome dancers of all levels. Please visit the Academy Classes page to learn more.
