Rules of Attendance

Formal attire at performances is no longer the custom. You will find that most guests will be dressed in business casual attire, but you are welcome to wear what makes you comfortable. Suits and ties are not required for men.

Children are welcome at any performance that you deem appropriate for that child. If you have questions about the content of any performance, please contact Ballet Pensacola at 850.432.9546.

Please plan to arrive early to performances and be in your seat at the designated curtain time, allowing adequate time for traffic, parking and inclement weather. The box office usually opens one hour prior to each performance, and the theater opens 30 minutes prior to the designated curtain time.

If you are picking up or purchasing tickets to the box office, please allow ample time to do so. As a courtesy to both artists and patrons, latecomers will be held in the lobby and seated at the discretion of the house manager and ushers.

Cameras/Recording Devices
Pictures can be taken prior to the performance, during intermission and after the performance, but Ballet Pensacola does not permit flash photography or video recordings during the show. Flash photography can be distracting and dangerous to the dancers. Please respect the artists, and refrain from these activities.

Cell Phones
As a courtesy to the dancers and other audience members, please turn off all cell phones before entering the theater.

Ballet Pensacola’s offices and all performance venues are fully accessible to patrons with disabilities. For seating accommodations for performances, please contact the venue directly.
